Submitting checkout sends an order request for review; it does not guarantee acceptance or collect payment. Apexium confirms product availability, shipping details, and payment instructions before fulfillment. Prices and shipping charges shown at checkout are reviewed with the order.

Products are sold only to qualified purchasers age 21 or older for lawful in vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or animal consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, food, or cosmetic use. By placing an order, you confirm the Research Certificate.

The delivery method and cost are displayed at checkout. Transit estimates begin after dispatch and are not a guarantee. Orders may be cancelled on the same day they are placed if a tracking number has not yet been provided to the customer; request cancellation through support with the order reference. Do not return research materials without written authorization.

For a damaged, missing, or incorrect order, contact support@apexiumbiolab.com with the order reference and available photos of the package and vial label. Reports of damaged or missing products must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery. Retain all packaging during review; Apexium will investigate and provide appropriate support.
