Straight answers for placing and managing an Apexium research order.
Who can place an order?
Apexium products are available only to qualified researchers who are at least 21 years old and are purchasing for lawful in vitro laboratory research. Products are not approved for diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, food, cosmetic, or human use.
Why select a U.S. or Canada storefront?
The selected storefront determines the fulfillment inventory used for the order. Canada inventory is shown separately and only currently available Canadian SKUs can be added to a Canada order.
When is payment collected?
Checkout submits an order for review; it does not immediately collect payment. The order team confirms availability and then provides payment instructions.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
The Canada storefront only displays in-stock items. If a desired Canada item is unavailable, use the restock notification form on the catalog. Inventory is verified again during checkout to prevent overselling.
Can I access product documentation?
Apexium maintains lot-level documentation for applicable products. See the COA access page for the information needed to request or verify documentation for a specific item and lot.
Apexium does not provide dosing, administration, medical, veterinary, or human-use guidance.
